小小賴床，5:40起床晨跑，
選了六首會令人亢奮的歌曲，
聽著聽著彷彿自己是奧運選手，
衝刺、彈跳側身一轉，
腰間飛躍橫杆，完美的側飛跳高；
空中360度轉2圈衝破水面，
激起完美水花的跳水英姿；
飛起、劈腿、躍下、翻轉，優雅的平衡桿操。
我跟著輕快的節拍跑著，
不時的半跳躍著，
心想好像5圈了吧，拿出右口袋的吸管一看，
竟然有6截，完全沒感覺我跑完了，
好像還不覺得累，再跑半圈吧，今天就突破它，
最後，我跑完7圈，6,650公尺 ，50分鐘，時速8km，
我成功又進一步，太開心了！
今天選這首讓我熱情如火、活力四射、充滿陽光，
又非常適合跑步聽的歌曲跟同好分享，
這首是2012倫敦奧運慶祝閉幕歌曲，
皇后合唱團的「Don't Stop Me Now」經典名曲，
邀請英國體壇明星拍攝MV，由貝克漢飾導演。
